Don't get me wrong, I really do like Utonagans but my dog by choice will always be a Border Collie. I was spoilt because my first collie was exceptional, he was a rescue and took to me from the word go. I've never met an easier dog to train and I was heartbroken when my cow of an ex-wife got rid of him just after our split up........ I digress.....

I am the proud owner of the gorgeous Tess (Tri Border Collie) and now I find that I'm the possession of a mad Utonagan bitch (Shadow)

A couple of weeks ago I got an upright freezer, it is brand new, taller than I am (not difficult really I know ) and I got if for £80 delivered

So then I have the task of filling it, as I didn't have a lot of freezer space I got my stuff from my local butchers who does his own petmeat (which I will still keep getting from him) but I needed more variety, so today I placed my First Order with Landywoods, yes folks until today I was a Landywoods Virgin, but no longer, I ordered beef tripe ...

Hi Just wondered if you all got some tips on raw feeding?
Whats good to give your dog and what is not so good etc.

How often do the dog need to be raw fed compared to a dog feeding from normal dry dogfood?

Anything that could be of use.
Thank you!

we go every sat morning to our local butcher who kindly save's us the bones and all his carasse's

he gave us so much last week that had to freezer it, that car boot was over flowing with free stuff of our dogs.

he goes out of his way to order me turkey wings and pigs heads and most of the time i get them at cost.

mind you we buy all our meat for ourselfs from him.

so i would say find a lovely butcher who will save you these lovely bone's and stuff for you
