PostSubject: Babies at 3 weeks   Sat Jun 27, 2009 8:14 pm

They have really changed this last week, and are looking like proper little doglets and less like large recumbent guinea pigs.
When I go in to tidy them up and put fresh shredded paper down, I usually put them all in one basket, tonight they discovered that if they ALL leaned on the same side of the basket, it tipped over and they were free affraid affraid
Already prepared for this eventuality, I divided them between 2 baskets, one for the boys and one for the girls, and here are the piccies

All Together Now!!!! - Push!!!!

Wow they are really chunky pups, and so very pretty! you really are going to have your hands full
in a couple of weeks time, don't envy you that!! But what a great job the Mum and you have done,
I bet they find homes very quickly.

I had 4 booked before they were even conceived, and people interested in a couple of the others, it is a case of waiting to see what they turn out like mainly.

I assure you it is Cariad who has done the work, I am just shovelling food into her, and she is producing these chunky little babies. I have been watching them play this morning, they are chasing each other's tails, trying to eat their feet, the Escape Committee has been in action again. I think I have discovered how they are getting out, Cariad is lay across the front bit where she can get out, and they are climbing over the board, onto her, and away they go Shocked Shocked She then gets up and looks at me to put them back in Very Happy Very Happy
We had a massive thunderstorm last night, and it is a lot fresher today. Just managed to finish cleaning and feeding and piccie taking, it was literally starting to rain as I gave the last piece of lamb breast out. Good timing or what??
Am going to attempt a weigh-in tomorrow pale pale pale

oh great fun they sound like a litter i had jazz's litter infact i put them all in a big run in the garden 3 of them soon worked it out if they all climb the fencing they could get the fencing to bend then they would sit there let the others out then get out themselves but 1 pup always got stuck inside the run as he wasnt heavy by himself to hold it down alone, so in the end i gave up and let them charge round the garden. Inkie Boy is now OUT and will NOT go back IN affraid affraid
Everytime I put him back in with the others, he is out again in seconds. I heard a noise outside and he was sitting by the back door singing his little heart out Laughing Laughing I have attempted to make a different blockade, it is difficult because Cariad has to get in and out to them still, anyway I seem to have prevented him wandering off tonight.
