Need a rant

I have been involved in the UK-GSR for about 6 months
I was meant to adopt an older girl 3 months ago but they decided Utah was to hyper for her I gritted my teeth & continued .
Then on Friday I was asked about Mellow his sisters & the mother & pups . They were being called Utes & after speaking to people & posting Mellows pic I advised that they were not Utes I was meant to get Izzy on Saturday or Sunday i called texted no replies rthen noticed on theyre facebook page that the transport was no longer needed as Izzy was in season & they didnt want to move her ???? I never got a call or an email or anything I have just asked what is happening & have been advised that I am not the right kind of person to help as I really dont know that much about dogs because I didnt agree that these were full Utes I had passed Carols details over about putting puppy pics up & was told no as I am no longer needed . I have decided to withdraw my help & concentrate on Utah . I have posted this here as I have begun to notice anyone who falls out of favour with the rescue nasty posts start appearing about them not looking after theyre dogs properly . I live my Boy & anyone is welcome to have a look at him if any1 gets worried . as these posts do get nasty x x x Sorry for hijacking the page x

Some people just don't like to be told do they?, think they know everything! and are so far up thier own backsides! Makes me so mad

They claim it's about the dogs? but I feel it's more about thier ego!

We all know you love your boy Geri! you have worked so hard with him, and have come a long way , So big pat on the back and just ignore the crittics. x x

Well your better off without it all if they behave like that ungratefull *******. if you feel you still want to help rescue place find a mix one not a breed one and ask about them firstly.
Poeple like them make sick your helping as best you can they should well come help not blast you as told them something they dont even know about. in this case that the dogs isnt a ute.

I can tell you straight away what their problem is Geri, YOU HAVE SHOWN YOURSELF AS THE PROFFESIONAL AND NOT THEM So much for them doing research eh !
You are doing a brilliant job with Utah and I very much doubt that anyone of them could have done it. I am very careful when it comes to these so called rescue/ re home organisations as most of them have no knowledge of true cainine behaviour.
Remember, their loss not yours, you are our breeds gain so to them. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

oooooh they didn't like to be told they were wrong did they how on earth they could have decided that they were Utonagan when you, with more knowledge of Utonagan in one finger than they could ever have, advised them that they weren't!!!!! If they really wanted to know the truth then they would have listened to you and not gone their own way.
You have done brilliantly with Utah, and I am very sure that the right dog will find their way to you. Things have a habit of turning out for the best as we all know, it is just the bits in the middle before it all falls into place that are annoying. Look how many prospective homes for Zillar fell through, because the absolute right home hadn't shown itself, but look how well it is going now for her (fingers crossed against the Fickle Finger of Fate here ) Leave these people to their own devices. I am so glad I am not on facebook, it seems to attract some really nasty types, if they would stoop to putting such nasty innuendos up about you, the good people always suffer. Feel so sorry for the dogs caught up with them, they are the ones that are suffering.

No one could doubt your committment to Utah...sounds as though they don't know what they are talking about and that a good home for a dog comes second to their own importance.

The Old English sheepdog breeder I was chating to last week was saying nastiness in the dog community is a way of life...sad.
