Proper pancakes, I've been cooking these for months so thought it was about time I shared the recipe, enjoy!

    135g Plain flour
    130ml Milk
    1 Egg
    2 Tbsp Brown sugar
    2 Tbsp Butter/Margerine (melted)
    1 Tsp Baking powder
    Extra:
Anything you can think of, I recently used fresh sliced banana, pour in a little batter, drop 2 or 3 slices onto the batter and cover with more, delicious, other options are ginger or any flavour nesquik Smile use your imaginations.

Heat a pan with a little oil to a medium heat
Seive dry ingredients into a bowl, mix in the wet ingredients and place batter into a jug for easy pouring.
    Heat oven to 50-70c
Pour batter, more batter bigger pancake Wink remember these are proper american style pancakes so they will rise, once there are bubbles all over the pancake it should be nicely done so flip it over, once the pancake is done place on a tray in the oven to keep warm

this recipe makes about 8 pancakes, once they are done you have your american short stack, Enjoy cheers pig

I must have missed this one, I am famous for my inability to make pancakes or yorkshire pudding, I can cook most things, choux pastry, etc but cannot ever get the batter thing right, so I may have a go at these, I can always eat them if they go wrong....
