| Gee fanx guys !! Just got back from the pub where we had our delicious meal ... but ... poor Tai got savaged by a Golden Retriever! He has a really really nasty bite on his muzzle. It poured blood, but I stenched the bleeding with a pressure pad (got blood over my best Mansfield coat!!), and now we have got home, we have bathed it with salt water, cleaned it with tea tree oil and now it is being soothed with Aloe Vera Gel. Tai is incredibly brave ... Hal would have made far more fuss. There are two deep puncture wounds from the front teeth, but they haven't completely pierced the cheek. He will be scarred for life but as I said to OH, he's only an old mongrel so no worries !!
It put a bit of a damper on the evening, that and the fact I am on the Atkins diet and so couldn't indulge in any Norties, but still had a good time.
