Registration is between 10 and 11 Rebekah, we will be camping overnight as will quite a few others, we will all have food with us so don't worry about that, as I said to Joce, I bring enough for a regiment so you will be welcome to have whatever is available. Make sure you bring some garden chairs (fold up type) to sit on as they are usually in short supply.
Look forward to seeing you and Dani on The Day Very Happy Very Happy

Hiya, there is a 3-6 month old puppy parade you could take him in and a couple of novelty classes here is where you will be able to see what classes you can go in. https://theutonagan.forumotion.net/show-dates-results-f5/2010-tida-shows-with-utonagan-classes-t948.htm
As he is under 6 months he can't go in the puppy class itself, but the puppy parade will give him a bit of experience, and they all get a rosette Very Happy

There are novelty classes as well if you have a look

As it is by the prison I am assuming it is in quite an urban area. If it is a hot day, are there any trees on the show ground to provide the dogs with some shade or should I bring an old garden umbrella?

I took a couple of garden umbrellas to MK, luckily we were parked in the shade so the dogs didn't really need them, but we were sat under them Very Happy

Whilst on the subject of the Leyland Show, could you tell me please, are there classes for green dogs, only I seem to have acquired one....she went out as a black and silver one to go swimming in the lodges. Just been out to brush them all, and found a green one there instead of my black and silver....all dried in green as well because NO ONE told me Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

Just been on the phone to Jill the dog groomer who lives a couple of streets away, she doesn't think she can fit her in, she is ringing me Friday afternoon when she sees how she is fixed. In the meantime I am to take her swimming in the river to see if I can get any off her and give her a scrub with good old washing up liquid, it is ingrained into her skin Mad

    Oh..hope it come out!!
We are packed and about ready to go. So, hopefully, see some of you on Sunday or maybe Sat. afternoon. Hope it is not too chilly up there, I'm a southern softie now Smile The weather tomorrow is not fantastic but we will get out and about in the area and find somewhere nice to go. Just hope Maska is not travel sick all the way there.....Sad Cleaning a dog in a B & B might not be so easy!! Just hope the landlady is not too shocked when she sees him. I said sort of German Sherperd size but he is bigger than most of those dogs now I think.
    Bye for now...........

Have a good trip Joce. I put loads of shavings in the kennels last night and it seems to have taken some of the cow poo off, will see what the combined efforts of swimming in the river and a scrub with washing up liquid does!!!!
See you on Sunday, looked up the weather forecast for Sunday and it is sunny sunny sunny

Well Wayne was pulling his face about having to take all the camping stuff etc when we don't live far away, so in the end I agreed to leave here early Sunday. However something has just happened with his business that means he couldn't drive me Saturday anyway as he has to drop a bike off to someone who has rented at the last minute. I was going to try and drive myself but I am getting more and more nervous about it the nearer it gets to The Day (I am a nervous wreck on a long drive on a motorway so one or either of my sons takes me to Shows, otherwise I would be going on the A roads!!) Lyn and Carol are coming over to camp and Joce is hotfooting it over there as we speak. Very Happy

June- speaking of utes of a different colour... Dani stole a scollop from the work top and has some how managed to spear the BRIGHT ORANGE part all across his face just in time for puppy school! It wont come off!!!
TIDA should most certainly open a new category for muti-colour dogs haha...

Pale green and orange dogs should be an interesting show!!
Made it here in about 5 and a half hours...slower than i hoped but there were quite a few hold ups on the way. Anyway Maska is fast asleep now after spending the whole journey looking out of the back window.....a bit cooler here than I am used to and very green....not dry and yellow like it is back home....
