Hey, huskies are bred for the job, so I think letting a dog do what it is meant to do is great for their mental stability, it is shutting them in a house with no exercise that does the damage. I have had Cariad and Lona on a scooter once, and they took to it straight away and loved it, they love running with my bike, but had no time this summer with having Zillar, but will be dusting the old bike off and having a go over winter if we get some dry days. Can't wait for the piccies and well done to you for giving your dogs a life!!!!

I'm sure they enjoy it...just wondered what I had missed....did not know you had a race kennel....lol Sounds rather exciting!

I'm sure Maska would love it although I'm not sure he is built for speed. The dogs have new nicknames ........................ chunk and scrag end...because he is so heavy and she is so thin.....

Will look forward to the photos. Have fun...Smile

Sounds facinating! I'd love to go see the Iditerod, I know it's had a lot of bad press lately :-( but I'm sure it's just like all dog event's , there are always bad apples around :-( ,

Wish you all the best with it :-)

quote....depends how much huskie is in the mix.

.I'm sure only Lyn would know that . Maska leans more towards malamute than the other two breeds I would think...in build and by nature. I am sure he would love it...he loves to pull ...spent two years trying to break him of that...lol

I shall look up Iditerod as I have no idea what it is or why it has had a bad press......
