OMG Please help again

Ok peeps
Its me again

My friends two son in laws are away hunting up north & have got goose & ducks that they have said that I can have for the dogs ( booger the dogs) the prob is I need to pluck & gut my self . Can anyone tell me how to gut these as I know I will make a muck up of it .

I promise i will share with the furries x

Oh boy have fun its not a great job and messy. make sure u dont break the intestines when taking the out make a slit in the bum end stick your hand in and scope the inners out.
the heart lungs kidneys liver keep dogs can eat them if u dont want to.

watch out its also rather smelly job.

Alternativey, just breast the ducks as there is not a fat lot of meat on the rest of them so more trouble than it is worth IMO.

Pluck the breasts and then cut along the sides of the breast bone, then cut in from the sides along the bone there to remove the breasts.

With a bit of practice you can get the whole breast quite easily.

Good idea then give whats left to the hairies lol in the garden it would be a whole meal for them. lol

Can you not 'glove' them, I know Lyn knows how to do it, she was telling me about it, there is a vid on Youtube apparently
