Pets in the Park Empty Pets in the Park

Post by wolfboy Wed May 16, 2012 9:03 pm

Hey guys, I know so of you arent keen on going to the timberdog etc shows so thought I'd post this. A friend of my mums who works with PAT and does a lot of charity dog work has organised the pets in the park event to be held in Hulls east park. I know its a bit of a way for people to travel but just thought if anyone did want to go to a show or a meet then this is one with no agenda/bitching. Its a novelty show with classes like waggiest tail, most appealing eyes etc so theres no pressure if your a novice in the show ring lol. They are also holding a doglympics which I can only imagine is a set of events and the winners get bronze silver or gold medals if I remember rightly. There will be tons of dogs and loads of doggy stalls and its all in aid of Canine epililepsy and border collie collapse. I thought it would be a really nice way for us to have a meet and to show off our beautiful dogs to the public. Its the 24th of june I believe but will double check and like I say will be held in Hulls east park. Any further questions just ask,

hope to see people there cheers

A couple of hundred miles might be a bit far for me.

Mia would love that I'm sure...she just loves people and attention. Sadly Maska is not a great fan of strangers..don't think dog shows are right for him . Shame I can't post Mia up to you, you could borrow her for the day.

Hope some folks who leave nearer can make it though....it is for a good cause .
