Maybe she has changed...who knows. As long as an eye is being kept on her, maybe every one deserves a fresh start. Although neglecting animals or children is something I'll never understand

Sheesh I don't know about that ... where animals and children are concerned, I don't think I believe in a second chance. The way I see it is this ... any one of us can ... and I certainly have ... lash out in temper. I have hit my daughter several times far harder than I ever should have done. I am ashamed to say I even kicked my dog once, out of fear, when she chased a lorry that passed us on the road and she lunged at the wheels, luckily on her lead. I lashed out in fear and booted her in the ribs and she screamed, I have never forgiven myself.

But we are not talking about this here, we are talking about deliberate neglect. To me that is unforgivable, whether it be to a human or an animal, and there is no way back.

Well Nadia never changed or learnt her lesson after the RSPCA caught her where she lived down south, she continued up here, using "Cruella's" old puppy farm premises and that was where she was caught by the SSPCA and the Sunday Mail.

I don't think folk who mistreats animals of children should be given another chance!

I guess if she has done it more than once...she has had her chance.

I don't know much about the woman I just felt that there may have been a reason the animals were not being looked after. She may have been suffereing from depression or something. But if she has had trouble with the RSPCA and the SSPCA, then I just hope someone is keeping a close eye on her now!

I do know that several people from The Utonagan Society went to her place a few times and did a big clean up, and then she let it get in the same state repeatedly.
I have also been told (and I have no idea if this is true or not) that her household habits are no better
